Las Vegas pays homage to Veterans Day

Veterans Day is the day that people honor and remember all the people who fought in the American wars. There will be a celebration in Las Vegas from the 10th of November until the 13th called Operation Welcome Home. A Veterans Day parade is scheduled on Friday, November 11th, on the Las Vegas strip. There will also be a Patriot party with a performance by The Guess Who. To cap off the activities, there will be the Nellis Air Force Base-Las Vegas Centennial Air Show.
