Mohegan Sun Casino will be adding an extension

The Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut plans to extend its incredible complex. SOSH Architects from New York have been chosen to develop the project which will take up to eight months to complete. The Mohegan Tribe, who runs the casino, had many top architectural companies to choose from but decided on SOSH because of its creativity.

The casino complex already includes a 1200 room luxury hotel, a 20 000 square foot spa and 300 000 square feet of gaming space. It also boasts the world's largest planetarium and a 7-story waterfall. Gladys Knight, Issac Hayes, Keith Sweat, INXS and crooner Michael Bublé will all be performing at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
